For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures over much of the state are expected, with hard-freezing conditions possible over north to central Arkansas. * WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast, southwest, and western Arkansas. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 1 PM Sunday to 7 AM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
