gusts up to 65 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 27 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and
northeast Texas.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 9 PM CDT this evening. For
the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Frost and freeze conditions
could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage
unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
