...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following counties, Cullman, DeKalb, Jackson, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall and Morgan and southern middle Tennessee, including the following counties, Franklin, Lincoln and Moore. * WHEN...Until 600 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Low-water crossings may become inundated with water and may not be passable. Small streams and creeks are also rising and may flow out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1209 PM CST, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
