* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following counties,
Cullman, DeKalb, Jackson, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall
and Morgan and southern middle Tennessee, including the following
counties, Franklin, Lincoln and Moore.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings may become inundated with water and
may not be passable. Small streams and creeks are also rising and
may flow out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1209 PM CST, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Huntsville, Decatur, Madison, Athens, Albertville, Cullman,
Scottsboro, Hartselle, Fort Payne, Boaz, Winchester,
Guntersville, Arab, Fayetteville, Rainsville, Moulton,
Bridgeport, Redstone Arsenal, Moores Mill and Meridianville.
