...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Geneva County in southeastern Alabama... Southeastern Henry County in southeastern Alabama... Houston County in southeastern Alabama... Early County in southwestern Georgia... Northwestern Miller County in southwestern Georgia... Northwestern Seminole County in southwestern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT /1000 AM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 907 AM EDT /807 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1.8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
