and Annette Island. Dangerously cold windchill temperatures as
low as 5 below for Hyder.

* WHERE...City and Borough of Sitka, Petersburg Borough, Prince
of Wales Island, Ketchikan Gateway Borough, City of Hyder and
Annette Island.

* WHEN...Until noon AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if exposed to
these temperatures.
