Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will gradually subside through tomorrow morning. Overnight winds will remain breezy with gusts between 15 and 35 mph. The highest winds will continue to be near Palmer and the Glenn/Parks Interchange. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
