* IMPACTS...Extensive flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other
low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 532 PM AKDT Friday, the ice jam near Holy Cross released
and water levels are receding in Holy Cross, but three days
of inundation has left substantial stranded water and the
airport runway is still inoperable.
