* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected from Nunam Iqua
to Hooper Bay this evening and tonight with significant
blowing/drifting snow, and visibility to 1/4 mile or less likely.
