* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
Visibility may be reduced to a half mile or less at times. Total
snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches.

* WHERE...Lower Kobuk Valley and Northern Seward Peninsula.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Saturday to 3 PM AKST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
