In the mountain area wind gusts will reach 50-70 km/h and at altitudes above 1700 m will reach 70-85 km/h, will be blizzard and low visibility.

In the Southern and Eastern Carpathians wind gusts will exceed 70 km/h, and 85 km/h at altitudes over 1700 meters, creating blizzard conditions with reduced visibility, under 100 meters.
