* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated trade winds and swell are
producing hazardous seas of 8 to 10 feet through this morning,
then seas are expected to subside below hazardous levels of 10
feet by late afternoon and down to 5 to 7 feet around midweek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...East facing reefs of the Marianas.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated trade-wind swell maintains a high
risk of rip currents along east facing reefs through Tuesday
afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip
current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If
able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to
escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
