The soil is saturated following the heavy rainfall in August. During the first week of September, frequent rainfall is expected, with heavy rain in some areas. Floodplains and low-lying areas will become inundated. In some river sections, a rapid rise in water level has already begun, while the peak water levels are expected towards the end of the week. BE AWARE of the potentially flood-prone areas!  The environment is already overly humid, water is accumulating in the fields and in the lower depressions,  low-lying areas on the banks of water bodies are flooded. Caution should be exercised when moving in flood-prone areas.
