Blowing snow expected Monday. What: Significantly reduced visibility at times in blowing snow. Westerly winds gusting 60 to 80 km/h. Wind chills between minus 20 and minus 25. When: Monday afternoon through Monday evening. Additional information: Strong westerly winds will develop Monday afternoon, producing blowing snow. Winds will diminish Monday evening, however, snow squalls may move into some areas Monday evening. ### Travel will likely be hazardous due to near-zero visibility.
