What:
Total rain and freezing rain amounts of 15 to 30 mm.

When:
Beginning near noon and ending early Monday morning. 

Additional information:
Freezing rain will begin near noon and transition to rain this evening. Rain and freezing rain will be heavy at times through the afternoon and evening. The rain will ease early Monday morning.

If possible, clear storm drains of snow and ice.

Strong wind gusts of 70 to 80 km/h. 

When: 
Beginning Monday morning and easing Monday evening. 

Additional information. 
Strong southwesterly winds are expected to develop Monday morning 
with the passage of a strong cold front. The winds will ease through 
Monday evening as they shift around to the northwest. Areas that will receive ice accretion from freezing rain will be most vulnerable.

Local utility outages are possible. Damage to roofs, fences, 
branches or soft shelters is possible. Some property damage is 
possible. Secure loose objects.

Freezing rain leading to icy surfaces.
Ice accretion or build-up of 4 to 8 mm on some surfaces.  

When:  
Beginning near midday Sunday and ending Sunday evening.

Freezing rain is expected to begin near midday on Sunday. The freezing rain will change over to rain late Sunday afternoon or evening as temperatures climb above the freezing mark.
