When:
Continuing until this evening.

Additional information:
Precipitation may begin as rain before changing to snow this morning. Given that ground temperatures are still fairly warm, accumulations may be limited on some surfaces such as major highways and roadways.

Motorists should expect difficult winter driving conditions. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays.
