A spring rainstorm has arrived to parts of southeast Saskatchewan.  Rain will continue today with showers and thunderstorms, and then steady rain with a few rumbles of thunder will continue on and off until Friday afternoon.  Total amounts of rain will range from 50 to 80 mm, with the heaviest amounts likely near the Saskatchewan/USA border.
