Southeast winds gusting to 90 km/h.

When:
Late Tuesday morning to late Tuesday afternoon.

Where:
- Exposed coastal sections of East Vancouver Island - Courtenay to Campbell River
- Exposed coastal sections of Sunshine Coast - Saltery Bay to Powell River
- Inland Vancouver near Gold River and Highway 28.

Additional information:
Southeast winds will sharply rise to 70 km/h gusting to 90 late Tuesday morning as a deep low pressure system passes over northern Vancouver Island.  As the low makes landfall on the mainland coast, winds will subside below warning criteria late Tuesday afternoon.
