DAMAGING WESTERLY WINDS averaging 60 to 70 km/h with gusts to 100 km/h are likely to continue over southern parts of the state today, gradually clearing to the east during the day. A separate warning for DAMAGING SURF and ABNORMALLY HIGH TIDES is also current for parts of the coast. Severe weather is no longer occurring in the Central West, Lower West and South West districts and the warning for these districts is CANCELLED. 135 KM/H WIND GUST WAS RECORDED AT CAPE NATURALISTE AT 5:33 PM. 133 KM/H WIND GUST WAS RECORDED AT CAPE LEEUWIN AT 4:56 PM. 91 km/h wind gust was recorded at Esperance at 2:11 am. 108 km/h wind gust was recorded at Jerdacuttup at 11:42 pm. 107 km/h wind gust was recorded at Ravensthorpe at 10:47 pm. 96 km/h wind gust was recorded at Cowalellup at 10:06 pm. 100 km/h wind gust was recorded at Jandakot Airport at 8:14 pm. 98 km/h wind gust was recorded at Dwellingup at 8:08 pm. 104 km/h wind gust was recorded at Mandurah at 8:07 pm. 106 km/h wind gust was recorded at Garden Island at 7:58 pm. 104 km/h wind gust was recorded at Mount Barker at 7:28 pm. 93 km/h wind gust was recorded at Perth Airport at 7:00 pm. 120 km/h wind gust was recorded at Busselton Jetty at 6:39 pm.
