...SURGES IN NORTH FACING HARBORS THROUGH TONIGHT...

A north northeast swell (20 degrees) filled in yesterday and will
continue to hold through tonight and possibly through Tuesday.
The swell will produce surges in north facing harbors, including
Hilo and Kahului harbors and breaking waves near harbor entrances.
Mariners using these harbors should exercise caution when
entering or leaving port and when mooring or launching vessels.
