An Airport Weather Warning has been issued for the Tri-Cities
airport.

* WHAT...Freezing fog reducing visibilities to a quarter mile or
less expected.

* WHEN...Impacting between now and 10 AM PST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense freezing fog is concentrated along
the Columbia River. Visibility may fluctuate, but is expected
to remain below one half mile through most of the night.
Conditions should improve during the morning hours.

Patchy dense fog has developed across portions of the Tri-Cities
and will continue through the early morning hours. Additionally,
temperatures are below freezing and could create some slick spots
on roadways. If you are traveling overnight, and encounter dense
fog, slow down, use low beam headlights and allow for extra
distance between your vehicle and those around you.
