* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...All of northern Alabama and southern middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...Through 7 AM Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains
and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall associated with the remnants of Hurricane Isaias
will continue to move through the area this morning, with
additional redevelopment this afternoon and evening. Widespread
rainfall totals of 1.5 to 3 inches are expected with locally
higher amounts of up to 5 inches.

mph.

* WHERE...Cullman, Madison, Morgan, DeKalb, Jackson, and Marshall
Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
