For the Gale Watch, northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft possible. * WHERE...South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 20 NM. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from late Tuesday night through late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
