At 408 PM EDT, doppler radar indicated a gust front producing wind gusts of 20 to 30 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 9 nm north of the Tidal Basin to near Key Bridge to 10 nm west of Alexandria, moving southeast at 10 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
