South Central Franklin County in central Ohio... Western Hocking County in central Ohio... Central Pickaway County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 815 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 520 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Grove City, Circleville, Ashville, South Bloomfield, Logan Elm Village, Commercial Point, Fox, Amanda, Stoutsville, Laurelville, Harrisburg, Tarlton, Orient, Lockbourne, Darbyville, Aw Marion State Park, East Ringgold, State Route 674 at State Route 188 and Whisler.
