South winds increase to 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt Tuesday night. Seas become steep to very steep and hazardous again due to a chaotic mix of swell and wind wave peaking at 10 to 15 feet. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST Tuesday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 4 PM Tuesday to 4 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds and steep to very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
