Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Bands of heavy rainfall will move into eastern Georgia tonight then spread northward into the Lowcountry of South Carolina throughout the day on Saturday. Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches with locally up to 6 inches across eastern Georgia are possible and 3 to 6 inches locally up to 8+ inches across South Carolina.
