* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast
Webster Counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 9
AM EST Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Tuesday morning
through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 5
inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, northern, and southeast
West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As temperatures plummet tonight, ice melt
agents will rapidly lose effectiveness. A flash freeze on roadways
is possible heading into Monday morning.
