Marietta, Middlebourne, Williamstown, Paden City, Shinnston, Salem, Sistersville, Pennsboro, Lumberport, West Union, Enterprise, Matamoras, Lowell, Macksburg, Pullman, Friendly, Lower Salem, Mountain, Alma and New Matamoras. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
