...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Pocahontas. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall overnight combined with already elevated streamflows poses a threat for localized flooding.
