* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Up to a foot of water is surrounding
structures along West River Drive in Fremont. Several inches of
floodwater begins to cover portions of Burton Road near Pheifer
Park. Water is approaching portions of West Wolf Avenue near New
London.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 9.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:30 AM CDT Monday was 9.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Wednesday morning and continue falling to 7.9 feet Monday, May
