Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Valentine, Diamond M Ranch, Blake Ranch Road, Dw Ranch Road, Diamond Creek Campground and Peach Springs. - This includes the following highways...
