In northeast Texas, Anderson, Henderson and Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms may result in widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches in a short period of time.
