central Ellis, Collin, eastern Dallas and Navarro Counties through
1100 PM CDT...

At 1010 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
along a line extending from near Celina to near Mesquite to Navarro
Mills Lake. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Dallas, Plano, Garland, Mesquite, McKinney, Richardson, Allen,
Rowlett, Wylie, and Balch Springs around 1015 PM CDT.
Rockwall, Forney, Melissa, Combine, Lowry Crossing, and Navarro

SATURDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central
Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas,
Bell, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Falls, Fannin,
Freestone, Grayson, Hill, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Limestone,
McLennan, Montague, Navarro, Rockwall, Tarrant and Wise. In
northeast Texas, Anderson, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Leon,
Rains and Van Zandt. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Creeks and
streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher
amounts up to 4 to 5 inches.
