For the Extreme Heat Watch Majority of Middle Tennessee west of the Cumberland Plateau., dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110. * WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee west of the Cumberland Plateau. * WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Monday morning through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events.
