Be prepared for quickly and dramatically changing conditions. Temperatures near and below freezing may lead to isolated slick spots into the Wednesday morning commute. ...PATCHY DENSE FOG TONIGHT... Visibilities have begun to fall across portions of southeast South Dakota, southwest Minnesota, and northwest Iowa late this evening as fog begins to develop. Visibilities down to a mile or less have been reported in various locations. If you will be on the road tonight, please remember to use caution as quickly dropping visibilities will result in impacted travel. Make sure to reduce your speed, increase your following distance, and use your low- beam lights if you encounter fog on the road.
