For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 46 below expected. * WHERE...Corson, Dewey, Clark, Codington, Deuel, Grant, Hamlin, and Spink Counties. * WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST /11 AM MST/ today. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight CST /11 PM MST/ tonight to noon CST /11 AM MST/ Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
