For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 4 to 6 ft expected. * WHERE...Southeast North Carolina and Northeast South Carolina coastal waters. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 7 AM EST Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 8 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation quite difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. To aid your navigation through the fog, proceed with caution.
