* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 4 and 8 inches with locally higher amounts.

* WHERE...McKean and Warren Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could extend into the Monday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Consider delaying travel. If travel is necessary, drive with extreme
caution. Consider taking a winter storm kit along with you,
including such items as tire chains, booster cables, flashlight,
shovel, blankets and extra clothing. Also take water, a first aid
kit, and anything else that would help you survive in case you
become stranded.
