Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Following multiple rounds of thunderstorms over the previous 24 to 36 hours, another cluster is expected Thursday afternoon and evening that could produce heavy rain on an already saturated ground that is susceptible to flash flooding.
