* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 729 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing.
Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Willow Street, New Holland, Paradise, Strasburg, Quarryville,
Gap, Wakefield, Churchtown, Smithville, Holtwood, Safe
Harbor, Shenks Ferry, Lampeter, Intercourse, Conestoga,
Christiana, Blue Ball, Georgetown, Gordonville and Goodville.
