...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 8 AM EDT SATURDAY... * WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Elk, McKean, Northern Centre, Somerset, and Warren Counties. * WHEN...From noon today to 8 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will blow from the south today and then shift to westerly tonight. Wind gusts will be accompanied by occasional rain and snow showers for locations along and north of I-80. Up to a few inches of snow is possible in the higher elevations of Warren and McKean County by Saturday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
