For the Wind Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...The High Wind Warning is in effect for the Siskiyou and Cascade foothills,higher elevations eats of Medford, and the southern Rogue Valley south of Medford, including Ashland, Phoenix, Talent, and the Interstate 5 corridor. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result.
