...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following
counties, Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington AR and Oklahoma,
including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Creek,
Delaware, Mayes, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage,
Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.

* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected this weekend
in association with a slow-moving area of low pressure aloft.
Storms may also be slow-moving and could train over the same
areas, in an environment that would support highly efficient
rainfall producing storms. Widespread 1 to 2 inch rains are
expected, with locally heavier amounts between 4 and 7 inches
possible. This heavy rainfall could lead to dangerous flash
flooding.
