Warning which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Thursday. The
Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 68.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

WEATHER...Near Critical...2 (out of 5).
