* WHERE...The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Clermont and
Hamilton.

* WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1123 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in
the warned area.  Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Blue Ash, Reading, Montgomery, Madeira, Milford, Deer Park,
Forestville, Williamsburg, Terrace Park, Batavia,
Withamsville, Camp Dennison, Concorde Hills, Rossmoyne, The
Village of Indian Hill, Evendale, Sherwood, Owensville,
Dillonvale and Newtonsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Park, Mason, Morrow, Kings Mills, South Lebanon, Maineville,
