and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 202 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warned area
due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. Between 1.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.

Dresden, Frazeysburg, Philo, Warsaw, Pleasant Grove, Cumberland,

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Coshocton, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas
and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern
Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of
Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and
Wetzel.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
