...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING TO 1 PM EST THURSDAY... * WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 knots and waves 5 to 8 feet expected. * WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Vermilion to Geneva-on-the-Lake OH. * WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 1 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief lull in winds is possible early Wednesday morning, but will quickly ramp back up to 20 to 25 knots by late Wednesday morning into the early afternoon hours.
