* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.

* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, south winds to 35 becoming
southwest knots with gusts up to 50 knots and waves 5 to 8 feet
expected. For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water
levels expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Friday to 4 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong west to southwest winds will cause
water levels across the western basin to fall 1 to 2 feet below
low water datum. The critical mark for safe navigation is
currently 6 inches below low water datum. The lowest water
levels are expected Friday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
