Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1112 PM EDT, emergency management reported that some roads across northeast Vinton County continue to be impacted by high water, particularly along Raccoon Creek. This includes State Route 677. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
