Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Cuyahoga County. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact holiday travel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will arrive Wednesday afternoon and overnight.
